Cancellation & Refund Rates
Cancellations made 15 or more days before the event date (31 December 2026) receive a full refund.
Cancellations made 7-14 days before the event receive a 20% refund.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event, or no-shows despite a confirmed reservation, are not eligible for a refund.
Weather Conditions & Operational Cancellation
If the tour is cancelled by Touronic due to weather conditions or another operational reason, the full payment is refunded.
Date or Package Changes
If you'd like to change your reservation date or package, this is possible subject to availability. You can send your change request via WhatsApp.
Refund Process
Simply send your cancellation request via WhatsApp. Approved refunds are credited back to the bank account used for payment within 3-14 business days.
