From choosing your package to confirming payment — the whole process, handled on WhatsApp.
How to Book
Choose the package that suits you from the cards on the site and tap the Book on WhatsApp button. In the form that opens, enter details such as the number of adults/children, your hotel, and any special requests.
When you submit the form, a pre-written message is automatically sent to our team on WhatsApp. Our team confirms availability for your chosen date and package, and gets back to you.
Payment Process
New Year Istanbul does not take advance payment until 20 December 2026 — you can reserve your spot on WhatsApp now and complete payment later.
Accepted payment methods: bank transfer/EFT, credit card via a secure payment link sent on WhatsApp, or cash payment at the meeting point.
The payment method and timing are confirmed together with our team at the time of booking.
After Your Booking
Your reservation is confirmed once our team confirms it in writing on WhatsApp. That message includes your package, date, party size and price.
On the night of 31 December, a reminder of your exact pickup time or meeting point is also sent via WhatsApp.
