Booking a New Year's Eve boat on the Bosphorus comes down to a few simple decisions: which table type you want, whether you need a transfer, and how you'd like to pay. In this guide, we walk you through the entire process step by step.

Step 1: Choose Your Table Type

We offer two main table options: the standard shared table in the boat's central area, and the VIP package, which guarantees a private table right at the window with a direct Bosphorus view. The window guarantee applies only to the VIP package — standard shared tables don't come with this guarantee. Both table types enjoy the same gala menu, unlimited drinks, and show program — the difference lies in seating position and the view guarantee. Step 2: Decide Whether You Need a Transfer

Guests who want round-trip transfer from select central Istanbul hotels can choose transfer packages, while guests making their own way to the meeting point can opt for no-transfer packages. Both table types are available with or without transfer, giving you four package combinations in total (standard with transfer, standard without transfer, VIP with transfer, VIP without transfer). Step 3: Send Your Booking Request via WhatsApp

When you tap the Book via WhatsApp button under your chosen package and fill in the form, your number of adults/children, hotel information, and any special requests are automatically prepared into a WhatsApp message and sent to our team. No message is created or sent until you submit the form.

Step 4: Availability Confirmation and Payment

Our team confirms availability for your chosen date and package. New Year Istanbul does not require advance payment until December 20, 2026 — you can reserve your spot now and complete payment later by bank transfer/EFT, a secure payment link sent via WhatsApp, or cash at the meeting point. Step 5: Booking Confirmation

Your booking is finalized once our team confirms it in writing via WhatsApp. This message includes your package, date, number of guests, and price — so you have your booking details in writing.

Standard or VIP? Which Package Suits You?

Another frequently asked question is how the difference between the standard and VIP package should influence your booking decision. If watching the Bosphorus view uninterrupted from a window seat and a more exclusive table experience matter to you, the VIP package delivers that guarantee. If budget is your priority, or you prefer a shared, social table experience, the standard package offers the same menu, drinks, and show program at a more affordable price. Either way, your final decision, combined with the transfer/no-transfer choice, comes down to one of four combinations.

Step 6: Get Ready for the Night

On the night of December 31st, the exact pickup time or a reminder about the Kabataş meeting point is sent via WhatsApp. Welcome begins at 20:00, the boat departs at 22:00, and the night ends with the return to Kabataş at 02:00.
